I graduated from De Smet High School in 1997. I graduated from Augustana College where I played basketball and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. At Augustana I also received a middle school and coaching endorsement. My husband, Mark, is a local farmer. We have four children, Damon, Grant and Nate and Brinley.

Hobbies: I love to play basketball and golf. During the summer I like to spend time outdoors, read, camp and spend time with family and friends. I also love to snowmobile in the winter. 

Fun Fact: I was on the television game show "The Price is Right" in January 2002 with 3 of my sisters. Prizes I won include board games, silver punch set, birthday bathtub, a Fleetwood Camper and money!
